The promoter of the competition is Foundr Media Pty Ltd (“Foundr”).
The competition is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 or older.
Employees of Foundr, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected to the setup or administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Entry is completely free.
The competition begins on August 11, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on August 17, 2025.
Foundr reserves the right to change the start or end date without notice.
To enter, participants must sign up through the official competition page and agree to Foundr’s Terms & Conditions and privacy policy.
Once entered, participants will receive a unique referral link to earn additional points.
Points are earned through the following actions:
Entering the competition
Referring a valid friend who signs up
Liking and commenting on the official YouTube video
Following @nathanchan on Instagram
Following @foundr on Instagram
Sharing the referral link on social media
Foundr reserves the right to disqualify any fraudulent, spammy, or ineligible referrals or entries.
Prizes include a combination of private coaching, ecommerce training, access to Foundr programs, credit to SaaS tools, and a brand feature to Foundr’s audience. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Full details are listed on the official competition page.
There will be 1 Grand Prize winner, 1 Second Prize winner, and 5 Third Prize winners.
The Grand Prize will be awarded to the participant with the highest verified point score by the competition close, verified for legitimacy.
The Second and Third Prize winners will be selected from the remaining top scorers, verified for legitimacy.
Winners will be contacted by email within 7 days of the competition closing and announced on Foundr’s official social media accounts.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, Foundr reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible participant.
No responsibility is accepted for entries not received due to technical error or any other reason.
Foundr reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms without notice due to any unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, system failures, legal or regulatory restrictions, or other events outside of Foundr’s control.
